Stations of the Cross, Monday, March 30, Noon to Friday, April 3, Noon

Upper Fellowship Hall

A self-guided journey retracing the final days of Jesus Christ with interactive stations for reflection. The purpose is to provide a place to invite the congregation, across generations, into a time of reflective prayer and meditation about the sacrifice Jesus made for us. Experiences that invite the participation of all five senses will help us consider anew God’s great love, and the enormity of our salvation. This event will be staffed on Wednesday, April 1st from 5pm - 8pm. (No dinner or childcare is provided).

Maundy Thursday, April 2

12 noon: Holy Communion, served in Upper Fellowship Hall, representing the Last Supper of Jesus with his disciples.

6:30pm: Holy Communion and worship by the youth worship team.

Good Friday Concert, Friday, April 3, 7:00pm

John Rutter’s Requiem was first performed in 1985 and since then it has become a favorite with choirs and audiences the world over. Though it necessarily has its dark moments, Rutter’s Requiem is unmistakably optimistic in its message of hope and comfort, expressed through the beauty of the chosen texts and Rutter’s uplifting music. The Easter Choir with almost 40 voices will also be accompanied by a full orchestra.

Join us as we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ in worship with the Orchestra, Easter and Handbell Choirs.

Are you interested in studying the Bible and making new connections? Community Bible Study is an interdenominational study of the Word through at-home study questions, women’s and men’s small groups for discussion, and a weekly teaching time, September through May. We focus our studies on one or more books per church season with each study typically consisting of a half-dozen or more lessons. Our children's program is available for infants through preschool aged children with loving teachers providing care and age-appropriate Bible teaching.
