1st Covenant Church is helping to birth a new church in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul, MN.
Artistic maps of The East Side of Saint Paul (24" X 36") are available for purchase for $20 following Sunday worship. The map was commissioned by The East Side Area Business Association (ESABA) and includes both First Covenant and The Saint Paul Covenant. Proceeds from the sales of these maps will go to The Saint Paul Covenant and our continued work with children and youth in our community. Please make checks out to The Saint Paul Covenant.
The Saint Paul Covenant (TSPC) is a non-profit community organization committed to building strong partnerships with our neighborhood schools and other organizations who are investing in the lives of our children and youth. The Electric Sunshine Man, past musicals, the East Side Thrive after school program during the school year, Hero's Training Camp and Creative Arts Camp during the summer and other programs have all been funded by TSPC. Financial gifts for TSPC are always appreciated and we are grateful for past donations through the Reach for the Stars Fund, Give to the Max Day and the many other ways people have contributed. Our 4th Annual Back to School Event will be held at Bruce Vento Ekemantary School Playground, located at 409 Case Avenue, on the East Side of Saint Paul. The event will be held on Wednesday, August 27 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Free backpacks filled with school supplies will be distributed to families in need. Family Values for Life is a faith based organization that connects families on the East Side of St. Paul to community resources that support strong, healthy families.
They currently have two active programs, Beauty for Ashes and Wilder Wednesdays for Families and are out creating partnerships with other organizations serving the East Side. Check out their website for more information.
The PPLAHBNP seeks to provide volunteer services that allow seniors to stay safely in their homes. Block Nurse funding continues to shrink, thus they depend more on donations and fund raisers. Come support their significant work in our community by enjoying great food, along with drawings for door prizes and raffles.The Payne-Phalem Living-At-Home Block Nurse program seeks to build a circle of care around the diverse elders on St. Paul's East Side keeping them healthy and safe in their homes.
Urban Roots of Minnesota, formerly Community Design Center, is a Saint Paul-based organization whose mission is to build vibrant and healthy communities through food, conservation and youth development.

The Haitian Christian Fellowship is one of our building partners, utilizing the FCC facility for worship and prayer services. They are also our mission partners in the recent trip to Haiti.
Minnehaha Academy, a ministry of the Northwest Conference of Evangelical Covenant Churches, serves nearly 900 students from the Twin Cities area. The East Side's Oldest Boy Scout Troop, Troop 12, meets Monday evenings at First Covenant Church, Lower Fellowship Hall. Boy Scouts meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays from 6:20-7:30pm. Cub Scouts meet every Monday from 6:30-7:30pm.

Communitas Twin Cities is a missional community in the St Paul area. Their vision is to be an expression of the Church that is relevant in their lives and in a world of inequity and suffering. They are one of our new building partners, utilizing space at First Covenant each month.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization whose mission is to transform impoverished communities mainly by providing Christian education, health care, nutrition and micro enterprise opportunities to children and families. Our current geographical focus is in Haiti.
Community Bible Study is an interdenominational Bible study for the community. We offer a wide range of courses in classes throughout the United States and welcome people from all backgrounds and levels of Bible knowledge. For over a quarter of a century, Community Bible Study has been helping people-from children to seniors-to grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ.
