Prayer

Prayer provides the foundation for living out God's love at First Covenant Church of St. Paul. There are many opportunities to support the ministries of the church:

Adopt-a-Cop

Participants are paired with Saint Paul Police officers, and commit to praying for them daily and offering support through a note of encouragement to their officer four times a year. The Adopt-A-Cop program is expanding to include the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department. If you know any officers with this department, let them know that Adopt-A-Cop is growing to include them.

Church Council Prayer Team

Participants commit to pray for Council Members for one year, on a specific day each week. Information is forwarded monthly to the prayer team.

Farnsworth Aerospace & Johnson High Schools Prayer Team

Participants pray for the ongoing partnership between First Covenant, Johnson Senior High School (JHS) and Farnsworth Aerospace School (FAS). Prayer requests are forwarded monthly to the prayer team regarding FAS/JHS personnel and students, our community & ongoing FCC/FAS/JHS partnerships.

Prayer Line

The First Covenant Prayer Line is updated weekly with prayer requests from friends and members of First Covenant Church. Call (651)772-9212 to hear weekly prayer requests.

Prayer Team for First Covenant Ministry Team and Staff

Participants pray for members of FCC staff for one year, one specific day each week. Information is forwarded weekly to the prayer team.

Youth Prayer Partner Team

Prayer partners are paired up with a 7th-12th grader in the youth ministry at First Covenant and pray for them for the present school year and summer. This prayer team needs a coordinator.
